ICR is seeking a Senior Vice President or Managing Director to build and deliver an integrated investor relations and advisory offering for private markets clients in New York, NY or Norwalk, CT. You will work with funds, co-investments, and separate accounts, guiding fundraising narratives and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in private markets investor relations, capital formation, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of private markets and fundraising processes across funds, co-investments, and separate accounts.
• Experience with private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, or other alternatives.
• Understanding of how allocators evaluate managers and opportunities.
• Ability to develop persuasive fundraising narratives and investor materials.
• Experience advising senior professionals and client teams on capital formation matters.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise private markets clients on institutional investor relations and fundraising strategy across funds, co-investments, and separate accounts.
• Develop differentiated fundraising narratives highlighting investment edge, track record, and capabilities.
• Build proof-point architectures connecting strategy and performance with credible evidence.
• Lead development of investor presentations, private placement materials, and due diligence content.
• Prepare senior investment professionals for meetings with LPs, consultants, and family offices.
• Create allocator intelligence, market briefs, and client-specific recommendations.
• Assess how reputation and governance may affect investor confidence and capital access.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration and client service excellence.
