Co, Llp in Boston is seeking a senior Head of Investor Relations to lead and scale the firm's investor relations and fundraising function. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Limited Partners and work with leadership to shape capital-raising strategy and investor communications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in investor relations or fundraising within private markets.
• Experience with institutional capital raises.
• Knowledge of private equity fund structures and LPA terms.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating across legal, compliance, and investment teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead all aspects of investor relations, including LP communications, reporting, and relationship management.
• Own fundraising strategy and execution for current and future fund vehicles.
• Develop and maintain fundraising materials such as private placement memoranda and pitch decks.
• Manage LP due diligence end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee investor reports, capital account statements, and portfolio updates.
• Build a CRM-based system for tracking LP relationships and fundraising pipeline.
• Represent the firm at investor conferences and LP meetings.
• Monitor investor trends and market conditions to inform strategy.
• Partner with finance and compliance on regulatory matters related to fundraising.
