What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate incoming deal flow and help us select the right mandates

Who You Are

  • 6+ years’ experience in private capital markets and Reg D raises
  • Strong network of institutional investors, family offices, and/or HNWIs (not required, but a plus)
  • Deep understanding of deal evaluation and structuring
  • Preferably licensed with Series 82 and 63
