Build financial models, decision materials, and recommendations for senior leaders.
Coordinate diligence and execution across finance, legal, operating, and external teams.
Identify material risks, value drivers, and unanswered questions early in a process.
Present conclusions clearly to executives, investment committees, boards, or clients.
Improve the templates, data sources, and operating processes used for recurring decisions.
