Job summary

Centerfield Capital Partners seeks a Vice President/Principal to manage private equity investments, driving investment sourcing, execution, and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years in investment banking or private equity, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in private equity, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Demonstrated track record of sourcing and executing debt and/or equity investments.
• Established relationships with deal flow sources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of private equity investing including sourcing and evaluation.
• Lead the investment due diligence process and negotiate investment terms.
• Represent the Centerfield brand and communicate investment strategy.

Skills

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with financial modeling

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field

MBA or CFA preferred
