Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day accounting and reporting for a portfolio of private equity funds.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements under US GAAP.
• Prepare and validate transaction bookings for investments.
• Partner with Fund Controllers and external administrators.
• Support audits, regulatory filings, and investor reporting cycles.
• Collaborate with deal and operations teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Conduct regular reporting and analysis.
