Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a seasoned Controller to lead the US Accounting team based in Tampa, reporting to the Head of Group Accounting in London. The role focuses on driving process improvements, management reporting, and coordinating with third-party advisors and auditors.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in public accounting and Private Equity, with strong experience in financial services, Excel, Power BI, and familiarity with consolidation tools such as Infor Sun Systems or OneStream.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with a combination of public accounting and experience in Private Equity environment.
• Relevant experience within the financial services sector
• Experience of working with Infor Sun Systems or OneStream consolidation tool would be useful but not essential, advanced excel skills, and Power BI skills
• Experience in transformation journeys, process redefinition, efficiency gains through automation and artificial intelligence

Responsibilities

• Drive key changes to processes and management reporting to assist the business in its continued growth.
• Engage regularly with third party advisors and auditors.
