Job summary

Rockefeller Capital Management, a premier private advisor team within Rockefeller Global Family Office, seeks a Client Relationship Manager to deliver a white-glove, highly personalized family office experience to UHNW and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

You will collaborate with Advisors, Wealth Strategists, tax professionals, and attorneys to manage engagements, monitor priorities, and drive accountable execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in an RIA client-service or operations role preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with business/finance focus preferred.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses required.
• Familiarity with trust and estate structures, cash flow analysis, and net-worth tracking for high-complexity families.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support the advisory team in delivering complex wealth planning strategies for UHNW families.
• Coordinate planning activities across internal partners and external professionals to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Organize and assess personal financial information and documents for UHNW clients.
• Assist in preparing deliverables and participating in client meetings.
• Communicate with clients on a scheduled and ad hoc basis.
