Rockefeller Capital Management is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portion of our client families. This role blends relationship management, financial planning, and operational execution—partnering with Private Wealth Advisors to deliver an exceptional, high-touch client experience across every stage of the relationship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client service or relationship management experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree, with a business/finance focus preferred.
• Series 7 & 66 required.
• CFP strongly preferred, if not, willing to obtain.
• Experience supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients preferred.
• Familiarity with retirement plans (401(k), ESOP) a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel & PowerPoint.
• Experience with eMoney financial planning software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for 50+ client families: independently running quarterly review meetings and handling requests start to finish.
• Lead financial planning function across the entire book, from information gathering to presenting recommendations.
• Partner with Private Advisors on UHNW opportunities (insurance, estate, trust, philanthropy) and update Family Wealth Blueprints.
• Lead next-generation client engagement by onboarding family members and delivering financial education seminars.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to team processes and drive implementation.
• Support retirement plan relationships, including sponsor engagement and participant education meetings.
