Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of client-facing sales and relationship management.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of banking services, including credit.
• Advanced knowledge of wealth management products and services.
• Business and technical expertise including needs assessment, planning and analysis.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver results in a complex environment.
• CFP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• In-depth product knowledge and excellent sales and relationship management skills.
• Typical Client Revenue between $3 and $5 million for the book of business.
• Develops and strengthens client relationships within the described segment.
• Seeks new business opportunities across all bank lines.
• Grow revenues according to set goals and targets.
• Maintain high client service levels by timely delivering requested solutions.
• Collaborate with internal partners (Credit, Deposits, Mortgage, Investments, Brokerage, SMB Banking).
• Support data-based marketing and integrated sales processes; ensure compliance and risk controls.
