Job summary

Central Bank seeks a Private Banking Officer to serve as primary relationship advisor for high net worth clients, growing the Private Banking division through need-based, high-level client service and comprehensive wealth management advice across banking and trust services.

The role requires expert relationship management, strategic planning, and the ability to cross-sell across retail, commercial banking and wealth management platforms.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of high net worth clients with complex banking and wealth management needs.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and client management in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Experience with retail, commercial banking deposits, investments and trust concepts.

Responsibilities

• Meet revenue growth, profitability and client retention goals by acquiring new clients and expanding services.
• Serve as the expert level advisor with ability to bring in deposits, investments and fee income across banking products.
• Develop and oversee strategic plans, marketing efforts, and initiatives for Private Banking growth.
