Job summary

WSFS Bank seeks an experienced Private Banking/Wealth Management professional to serve high net-worth clients, focusing on consumer and commercial loans, lines of credit, and deposit products.

You will coordinate with Investment Advisors and internal partners, call on prospective clients, assess credit needs, and tailor financial solutions while staying current on regulations and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance related field.
• CFP, CTFA, MBA, JD preferred.
• Series 6 or 7 licenses are highly desired.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial lending, Private Banking, or wealth management experience.
• Knowledge of financial, investment and fiduciary concepts.
• Ability to travel within the Bank’s footprint to branch and wealth management locations.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the needs of private banking and wealth management customers primarily seeking consumer loans, commercial loans, lines of credit, and deposit products.
• Serve as the primary liaison to internal partners in the Commercial and Consumer divisions and for external centers of influence for wealth management services.
• Call on prospective clients, including medical, legal, tax, and other professional service providers, to develop new relationships and promote services.
• Interview customers to assess needs and financial condition to determine loan acceptability and terms within lending limits.
• Serve as Co-Advisor with Investment Advisors to determine suitability of professional money management services.
• Keep abreast of regulatory, economic, and financial market trends and participate in community functions.
