Job summary

RBC Wealth Management’s Minneapolis office seeks an experienced analyst for private alternatives. You will conduct due diligence on private market offerings across private credit, private equity, real assets and more, building a robust list of investments and supporting committees with timely recommendations.

You will collaborate with global teams to advance RBC’s alternatives initiatives, develop training materials, and assist advisors in building alternatives allocations for UHNW clients.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in due diligence and manager research in private markets is preferred.
• Familiarity with investment products and governance issues relevant to private markets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing research, analysis and due diligence of private market offerings across asset classes.
• Build and monitor lists of alternative investments for the Private Alternatives platform.
• Assist investment committees with ideas and recommendations.
• Support cross-border collaboration and educational materials for RBC WM Advisors.
• Provide education and insights on alternatives to team members.
