A leading company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee internal business projects and programs. This remote position focuses on managing schedules, budgets, and personnel while ensuring project goals are met. The role requires collaboration with executives and may involve occasional travel for team meetings. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in project management, with preferred certifications in privacy compliance.
This position is remote, with the primary work schedule during PST business hours.
Manages personnel responsible for internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products through the design process to completion. Plans and directs schedules and project budgets. Monitors projects from inception through delivery. May engage and oversee external vendors. Assigns, directs, and monitors system analysis and program staff. The primary focus is project/program management, rather than the application of expertise in a specialized functional field, although technical team members may be involved.
Defines project goals, develops assessment methods, manages budgets, and ensures activities stay on schedule.
Processes and investigates privacy complaints and member rights requests.
Manages privacy/HIPAA audit requests.
Collaborates with company executives and business owners to determine project timelines and goals.
Establishes schedules and budgets for project development.
Oversees expenses to ensure adherence to the project budget.
Supervises daily activities of employees to ensure efficiency.
Position may require travel approximately 1-2 times per year for team meetings and audits.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5-7 years.
Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7-9 years.
CIPP/US and/or RHIA certification preferred.

Pay Range: $77,969 - $155,508 annually.
