Sharp Decisions is seeking a seasoned Sr. Privacy Project Manager in Torrance, CA to lead complex data and analytics initiatives. You will plan, execute, and govern privacy-focused projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in technology, data, or digital platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee technology and data platform initiatives within the GSDPF division by coordinating scope, schedule, resources, budget, and deliverables.
• Lead privacy and regulatory-alignment projects; drive privacy assessments, security checkpoints, and compliance reviews with Legal, InfoSec, and Data Governance.
• Ensure privacy requirements are in user stories, backlog items, acceptance criteria, and definition of done; facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across data engineering, BI, data governance, QA, product, and business groups; manage dependencies.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests; maintain governance and ensure transition of completed initiatives to operational teams.
