Job summary

Adobe seeks a senior privacy professional to lead Privacy-By-Design strategies across digital marketing products, collaborate across Legal, Engineering and Sales, and drive privacy initiatives with global reach. You will influence product strategy, assess privacy impact of AI initiatives, and contribute to a culture of privacy.

You will engage with stakeholders globally, craft templates for negotiations, and act as a privacy evangelist to strengthen Adobe's privacycare reputation and compliance

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and bar admission is required.
• 10+ years of relevant privacy experience, in-house or law firm.
• Strong interest in privacy law and privacy-focused background.
• Experience with technical components of digital marketing products and technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
• Strategic thinker with solid legal and business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Legal, Engineering, Product, Security, and Marketing to apply Privacy-By-Design strategies for privacy and security in digital marketing products.
• Advise business leaders to make privacy a competitive differentiator for Adobe.
• Develop and evaluate privacy impact assessments for Adobe products and AI initiatives; lead improvements to the assessment process.
• Support privacy negotiations with customers, partners, and vendors; develop templates and playbooks; lead efforts to simplify negotiations.
• Be a privacy brand ambassador on enterprise calls and with external collaborators; promote privacy culture inside Adobe.
