Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare, business administration, or related field.
• Five years of related experience in compliance or legal field.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements; familiarity with PACE programs.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to partner with administrators and executives on compliance initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Identify, review, and analyze policies, regulations and guidance for billing and privacy compliance.
• Assist in developing audit work plans and compliance assessments.
• Provide guidance on privacy policy implementation and reduction of risk.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to leadership.
• Investigate potential noncompliance related to privacy and health information.

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, or related field

Master’s Degree or JD in healthcare, business administration, or related field
