Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Compliance Analyst to identify and investigate patient billing compliance and privacy risks. The role supports the Compliance Office and conducts audits, reviews, and investigations across multiple departments.

Bachelor's degree plus five years of experience are required; advanced degrees or certificates are preferred. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and a good faith pay range.

Qualifications

• Education in healthcare, business administration, or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or JD preferred.
• Compliance certificate preferred.
• Five years of related compliance or legal experience.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, reviews, and analyzes policies, regulations, and guidance for compliance risk.
• Develops audit work plans and protocols to assess compliance and risk.
• Collaborates with Directors to implement the compliance work plan and training.
• Prepares audit reports and follow-up requests for information.
• Interviews staff and conducts on-site observations to assess processes and controls.
