• Success within 30-90 days includes learning team processes and performance expectations while building relationships.

Aufgaben

• Answer inbound calls on timely basis (on queue by 8am).
• Provide prior authorization status and submission guidance to members and providers.
• Gather information, verify benefits/eligibility, and route follow-ups as needed.
• Document all call/inquiry details and maintain service requests.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and team leads to improve processes and outcomes.
• Perform peer audits monthly as required.
• Communicate clinical review outcomes to members and providers both verbally and in writing.
