Job description

Demonstrated track record of successfully architecting sophisticated, high-complexity digital systems and hardware.

In-depth knowledge of the full board-level digital design lifecycle, including schematic capture, layout implementation, system integration, and verification/testing.

Proven experience designing with high-speed components such as gigahertz-class microprocessors, FPGAs, CPLDs, DDR4 memory interfaces, and various flash memory technologies.

Expertise in working with large-pin-count devices (1,000+ pins) at fine pitches of 0.8 mm or smaller.

Strong background in High Density Interconnect (HDI) PCB technologies, including microvias, blind/buried vias, and back-drilling, specifically for IPC Class 3 applications
