Job summary

sg360° is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead digital print and mailing projects from entry to billing in a fast-paced, on-site environment. You will be the main point of contact for customers, Sales, and internal operations, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet timelines and expectations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years in project management or print production, with strong communication and risk management skills. Local travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Minimum of three years of project management, customer service, or print manufacturing experience.
• Experience managing complex digital print, direct mail, or marketing production projects strongly preferred.
• Experience with prepress, finishing, mailing, fulfillment, or related production operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison among customers, Sales, Estimating, Data Services, Prepress, Scheduling, Production, Mailing, Shipping, and Billing.
