Job summary

Under Armour in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Sr. Designer, Print + Pattern to join our Product Creative team. You will develop original prints for Apparel, Footwear and Accessories, aligning with brand vision while pushing design innovation.

The ideal candidate has 5-7+ years in Print and Pattern Design, strong consumer-centric approach, and mentorship skills. This hybrid role requires four days in the office weekly, with relocation support and a competitive base salary in USD.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Print and Pattern Design for Apparel, Footwear and/or Innovation.
• Strong consumer-centric design mindset with ability to translate insights into concepts.
• Experience mentoring and leading designers, delivering on delivery dates.

Responsibilities

• Execute print/pattern vision for Apparel & Footwear across multiple categories.
• Drive concepts, sample development and storytelling around Print, Patterns & Graphics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture design aesthetics for brand alignment.
• Research trend and design innovation to enhance product development processes.
• Build and mentor a team focused on innovative, brand-right designs.
