Job summary

Exalt Printing Solutions, LLC in Carrollton, TX, seeks an Operations Manager to own the full production lifecycle—from intake and scheduling to press operations, finishing, and shipping. You will scale operations from steady-state to peak holiday throughput while maintaining zero-defect quality and on-time delivery.

The successful candidate has direct high-volume manufacturing experience with DTC fulfillment, has led a holiday ramp-up, and will drive throughput, cost efficiency, and quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations or production management in high-volume print/fulfillment.
• Experience managing holiday or peak-season ramp-up with temp labor.
• Experience leading multi-shift operations and labor scheduling.
• Fluency in production metrics and KPI reporting; ability to build dashboards.
• Strong floor leadership presence on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day production schedule to meet SLA commitments across volumes.
• Serve as the internal operational lead for the Customer account with product specs and quality standards.
• Maintain real-time visibility into order pipeline, status, and readiness; escalate risks as needed.
• Plan capacity for peak periods, new product launches, and promotional spikes with leadership.
• Coordinate inventory positioning to prevent production delays.
• Directly manage production shift leads and floor associates across shifts.
• Design peak-season staffing, onboarding workflows, and training.
• Build shift schedules balancing throughput against labor costs and compliance.
• Set expectations for floor accountability and safety; sustain morale during high-volume periods.
• Maintain equipment uptime with maintenance and escalate repairs when capacity is at risk.
• Provide weekly operational reporting to the COO on performance and staffing.
