Job summary

Staples is seeking a results‑oriented Incentive Compensation Analyst in Framingham, MA. You will audit data integrity for the incentive program, provide actionable reports to Print Sales leadership, and collaborate with Senior Leadership, Sourcing, and Project Managers to improve account performance.

You will use MS Office, Power BI, Anaplan, Salesforce, and SQL to support pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data tools (Excel, Power BI, Salesforce).
• Experience with pricing and profitability analysis.
• Ability to present to sales leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Audit data integrity for incentive program and provide leadership insight.
• Provide timely, actionable reporting to Print Sales Leadership.
• Analyze account maintenance processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership, Sourcing, Inventory, and Project Managers.
• Develop tools and trainings from field feedback to improve processes.
• Assist design and financial modeling for plan agreements and related docs.
• Support KPI program reporting and incentive-related workflows.
• Maintain pricing master files and support pricing/profitability analysis.
• Analyze pricing trends and competitive positioning.
• Investigate pricing discrepancies and billing issues.
