Job summary

Genesis Technical Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Senior Principal Mechanical Engineer for the Wyomissing, PA area. You will provide mechanical engineering services and lead the engineering team to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule and within budget.

You will supervise multidisciplinary projects, contribute to procurement and commissioning activities, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the United States is required.
• Extensive mechanical engineering experience in related industries.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and teams.
• Strong technical and practical mechanical engineering skills.
• Familiarity with local and international standards and regulations.
• Proficient with mechanical engineering software and MS Office.

As a Senior Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will provide mechanical engineering services and technical leadership to clients and customers while supporting and supervising the mechanical engineering team. This role delivers high-quality engineering solutions on time and within budget, supports multidisciplinary projects, and contributes to procurement, construction, commissioning, and proposal activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Five or more years of mechanical engineering experience.
