Job summary

Wood in Houston seeks an experienced Process Optimization and Automation professional to lead advanced process control, optimization, and AI-driven initiatives within complex industrial environments.

You will develop and implement Real Time Optimization (RTO) and APC solutions to boost throughput, energy efficiency, and profitability, and support the design, migration, testing, and startup of DCS and automation systems with operations, engineering, and digital teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced process control, optimization, automation, and AI-driven initiatives.
• Develop and implement Real Time Optimization (RTO) and Advanced Process Control (APC) solutions to improve throughput, product quality, energy efficiency, and profitability.
• Support the design, configuration, migration, testing, commissioning, and startup of DCS and automation systems.
• Develop intelligent control solutions using machine learning and analytics, including BonsAI.
