Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 12+ years of relevant Systems Administration experience, or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with corresponding experience.
• Experience with STIG compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to support a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends and on-call status.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support for Ground Systems multi-user computer systems servicing flight operations and maintenance.
• Configure user, administrator, and service accounts; deploy equipment.
• Work with partners to resolve data movement issues between Ground Systems and external systems.
• Perform field integration, troubleshooting, and repair of military flight operation communications systems.
• Provide on-site end-user systems administration support 24/5 and support REs with configurations and patches.
