Job summary

CVRx, Inc. is seeking a Senior Test & Supply Chain Engineer to join our operations team in the United States. You will lead the development and qualification of automated test platforms for design verification and production testing, while shaping the supply chain strategy for electronic components.

You will collaborate across hardware and software domains, drive CAPA, perform root-cause analysis, and support manufacturing planning systems in a fast-paced medical device environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in electrical engineering, computer science, software engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years experience in a medical device company.
• Experience in verification activities, verification systems, and production test systems.
• Knowledge of FDA QSR, ISO 13485 and related medical device standards.
• Class III implantable device experience is a plus.
• Ability to interface with internal/external customers across product lifecycle.
• Strong statistical analysis and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead automated test platform direction for reuse, scalability and cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain hardware/software test platforms for verification and production testing.
• Plan, execute and report design verification testing; define test specifications.
• Coordinate supplier audits and manage electronic parts sourcing relationships.
• Provide data analysis, sampling plans and CAPA for test and production.
• Support manufacturing planning/execution software systems and nonconforming material disposition.
• Perform root cause analysis and failure investigations with prototypes and equipment.
