Innover Global is seeking a Senior/Principal Solution Architect to lead enterprise architecture for complex Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics initiatives, with a strong emphasis on AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation.

The role requires 12–15+ years of experience, deep domain knowledge, and exceptional communication skills. This is a senior, client-facing, onsite role in a multi-location environment including Florida, New York City, or California.

Qualifications

Senior / Principal Supply Chain & AI Solution Architect

Location: Florida, New York City, or California

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite — 5 Days/Week

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior/Principal Solution Architect with deep expertise in Supply Chain, Distribution, Warehouse Management, Logistics, and Fulfillment, combined with strong experience in AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation.

The architect will work directly with business and technology leadership to understand complex challenges, define target-state architecture, design enterprise solutions, and lead onsite/offshore engineering teams.

This is a senior, client-facing architecture role requiring exceptional communication, presentation, leadership, and technical architecture skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for large-scale Supply Chain, Warehouse, Distribution, Logistics, and Fulfillment initiatives.
• Conduct discovery and architecture workshops with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Define current-state, target-state, and transition architectures.
• Design solutions across WMS, OMS, TMS, ERP, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics.
• Design enterprise integrations using APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, messaging, cloud, and data platforms.
• Define application, integration, cloud, data, security, and AI architecture.
• Lead onsite/offshore engineering teams through design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Identify modernization, scalability, integration, and technology opportunities.

• Strong enterprise architecture and integration experience.
• Strong API, microservices, event-driven, messaging, and data architecture knowledge.
• Strong AWS, Azure, or GCP architecture experience.
• Experience integrating modern cloud platforms with legacy enterprise systems.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, presentation, and workshop skills.

100% onsite — 5 days per week. No remote or hybrid option. No exceptions.
