Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Structural Engineer for our Data Center Mission Critical Group to produce precise documents and aligned designs, supporting client needs and project success across multiple U.S. locations including Charlotte, NC.

You will lead seismic and structural analyses, develop detailed designs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while traveling as needed. Strong communication and leadership are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• Typically 6 years of design engineering experience in commercial/critical infrastructure.
• Proficiency in preparing structural calculations.
• PE or SE desired or plan to obtain within 2 years.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic CAD proficiency; ETABS experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead multi-discipline projects and travel 15–25%.
