Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Principal Software Engineer to join our Integrated Secure Processing Solutions (SPS) team. You will work in an adaptive environment, leading the full lifecycle of embedded software development for mission-critical systems supporting military and civilian communications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead embedded software engineering efforts, from concept to deployment, ensuring innovative solutions.
  2. Develop and coordinate technical proposals and program cost estimates.
  3. Define and deliver robust software architectures and designs.
  4. Translate customer requirements into comprehensive solutions.
  5. Manage program performance metrics, including cost, schedule, and risk.
  6. Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 10+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
  • Preferred experience includes multi-threaded real-time embedded applications, proposal leadership, Agile methodologies, TCP/IP development, UML, cryptography, and cross-domain solutions.
