Qualifications

• 10+ years of Software Industry experience.
• 7+ years leading enterprise-scale solution design and architecture initiatives across multiple value streams.
• 7+ years hands-on with modern technologies including Java, Python, Node.js, Angular and ReactJS.
• 7+ years with relational and NoSQL databases with data modeling and sharding.
• 7+ years designing cloud-native, microservices-based solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• 5+ years designing modern APIs and RESTful services.
• 5+ years experience with micro-services architecture and RESTful APIs.
• 5+ years of requirements analysis, estimation, design and testing.
• 5+ years of communication and presentation skills to stakeholders.
• 4+ years managing technical, customer-facing applications and services.
• Proven ability to be self-directed with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural initiatives across value streams and platforms, aligning to business goals.
• Evaluate technologies, run POC projects, and produce architecture recommendations.
• Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions with timely delivery.
• Author technical guidelines and reference materials for the developer community.
• Collaborate across product, platform, and DevOps teams to drive alignment.
• Champion user-centric design with privacy and security at the core.
• Provide SME oversight on future updates and maintenance.
• Mentor architects and engineers to foster technical excellence.
• Define non-functional requirements including performance and observability.
• Analyze current architecture and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Work with stakeholders to devise optimal business and technology solutions.
