Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for a scalable, fault-tolerant online Betting and Gaming platform.
• Lead architecture for cross-cutting systems, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, and reuse.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Platform leaders to shape priorities and trade-offs across teams.
• Drive design and execution of the organization’s most complex technical initiatives across teams and domains.
• Establish and elevate engineering standards, design principles, and review practices for quality and operability.
• Identify and resolve systemic technical risks, bottlenecks, and architectural contention with durable solutions.
• Mentor senior engineers and influence technical decisions across the organization at executive level.
