Job summary

Scaled Composites, located in Mojave, CA, seeks an experienced Senior Principal Industrial Security Analyst to serve as CSSO and lead security programs to meet customer requirements.

The role emphasizes implementing local SOPs, OPSEC plans, and conducting security inspections while interfacing with government and company personnel to ensure compliance with NISPOM and related standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance, ability to obtain Top Secret clearance and access.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills for customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Scaled personnel and government management to ensure contract security compliance.
• Develop and implement SOPs and OPSEC plans for SAP requirements.
• Conduct self-inspections and risk mitigation plans to meet security requirements.
• Coordinate security measures and support customer assessments and transitions.
