Job Summary: This is an exciting role in a growing company. The RF Systems Engineer will own the architecture, system design, calibration, and validation of Epirus high-power microwave phased array systems. They will work with the RF design team to facilitate the Concept of Operations (CONOPS) definition, requirements and interface definition, and verification and validation planning and execution for Epirus high-power microwave phased array systems. The ideal candidate has experience with the end-to-end design flow of a phased array system, from initial architecture trade studies to requirements definition to final system integration, calibration, and validation.

As required by the Equal Pay Transparency Act, Epirus provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of California only, the range of starting pay for this role is: $200,500 — $238,800 USD.
