Raytheon in Tucson, Arizona, seeks an experienced engineer to design and test advanced RF sensors and subsystems. The ideal candidate should possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of experience or a PhD and 7 years in RF testing.

Salary range for this role is 132,400 USD – 251,600 USD. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, parent leave, paid time off, holidays, and other benefits as applicable to the business unit and applicable collective‑bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may also be eligible for annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective‑bargaining agreement.
