iRF Solutions, a leader in SIGINT and EW, seeks a Sr. Principal RF Engineer in Sparks, MD (onsite, 9/80). You will be the technical authority for RF design, architecting advanced RF/microwave receivers and frequency converters for SIGINT, EW, and radar applications.

You will drive multi-year technology roadmaps, mentor engineers, engage customers, and support strategic business objectives. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, delivering on technology roadmaps, and ensuring

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years RF/microwave design experience
• Experience in RF/microwave products with low noise and high intercepts
• Hands-on PCB RF/MW circuit design to 18 GHz+
• Leadership and cross-disciplinary collaboration
• Active Secret clearance and TS/SCI eligibility
• Pass drug screening and background checks

Responsabilidades

• Lead RF design for receivers and converters.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmap including IRAD/CRAD.
• Interface with customers to define concepts and requirements.
• Chair internal and customer design reviews and present plans.
• Mentor engineers and support BD activities.
• Perform system architecture and frequency planning.
