Job summary

RTX, located in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Senior Principal Reliability Engineer to develop reliability strategies across product lifecycles and lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team. The role focuses on ensuring safety, reliability and maintainability from development through sustainment.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in FMECA, reliability predictions, ESS, derating, FRACAS and at least 10 years of relevant experience, plus the ability to obtain interim Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience with FMECA, reliability predictions, ESS, derating, and FRACAS processes.

• Develop and implement reliability strategy across development, production and sustainment.
