Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Principal Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join our team. This role involves developing, maintaining, and auditing compliance of financial systems, supporting DCAA audits, preparing proposals, and ensuring business compliance performance. Excellent communication skills are essential for resolving complex financial issues across functions.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze large data sets for decision making
  • Perform detail analysis and reconciliations for prior period adjustments
  • Support financial and SOX audits
  • Provide quarterly financial reporting
  • Mentor and train employees on ERP systems
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure business success
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field with 8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, formulas)
  • Experience in government contracting accounting and regulations (FAR, CAS, GAAP)
  • Experience with SAP and OLAP systems
  • Knowledge of overhead calculations and project costing
  • CPA certification and ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
Benefits and Salary

Salary Range: $103,200 - $154,800. We offer flexible work arrangements, comprehensive benefits, a 9/80 schedule, and a 401K match. Additional bonuses and incentives may apply.
