Northrop Grumman has an opening for a full-time Senior Principal Project Manager -Tech Ops (Tableau Experience). This position can be located in the following locations: San Diego CA, El Segundo CA, Palmdale CA or Melbourne, FL. The successful candidate will report to the Software Center Director. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the Software Center Director, Department Managers and Software Program Leaders to meet all current and projected technical operations and project management needs and challenges, and function as focal point and driver for business metrics, data calls and financial execution. The successful candidate will be responsible and experienced with BUILDING and GENERATING Tableau dashboards & metrics.

Salary Range: $98,100.00 - $147,100.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
