Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Product Management, Program Management, Technology Leadership, or related discipline.
• Experience leading complex enterprise technology, digital, software, platform, or business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for products, platforms, and solution portfolio.
• Develop forward-looking product strategies that evolve existing products into scalable, reusable solutions for multiple customer segments.
• Partner with business and operational leaders to understand objectives, needs, and market trends.
• Identify gaps between current capabilities and future needs and develop strategies to close them.
• Analyze market trends, insights, competitive landscapes, regulatory requirements, and tech advancements to inform strategy.
• Establish clear product outcomes, KPIs, and priorities aligned with objectives.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and modernization to create competitive value.
