Job summary

Twin Health is seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager to shape the future of its member experience. You will own strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered experiences spanning onboarding to personalized daily guidance, Digital Twin interactions, and long-term behavior change.

You will collaborate with Design, Engineering, Clinical, and AI/ML teams to deliver consumer-grade experiences that boost engagement, adherence, and measurable health outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of consumer-facing mobile and web products and measurable business impact.
• Experience building AI-powered consumer experiences, ideally with LLMs, conversational AI, or personalization.
• Strong user-centered design, engagement, and habit formation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Twin's member experience, including onboarding, personalized daily plans, AI guidance, and long-term engagement.
• Deliver AI-powered experiences across app, chat, voice, and proactive surfaces that translate complex health information into simple, actionable guidance.
• Define the future of the Digital Twin experience, explaining what to do next, why it matters, and how to achieve health goals.
• Develop understanding of member needs via user research, data, and experiments to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Translate complex problems into intuitive product requirements and challenge assumptions when needed.
• Balance rapid experiments with long-term platform investments to serve millions of members and improve engagement and outcomes.

We are looking for a Senior Principal Product Manager to define the future of Twin's member experience. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the AI-powered experiences members interact with every day—from onboarding to personalized daily guidance, Digital Twin interactions, and long-term behavior change.

In this role, you will shape how members engage with Twin across app, chat, voice, and proactive AI experiences. You\'ll partner closely with Design, Engineering, Clinical, and AI/ML to build consumer-grade experiences that improve engagement, increase program adherence, and deliver measurable health outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Twin's member experience, spanning onboarding, personalized daily plans, AI guidance, and long-term engagement.
• Deliver AI-powered experiences across app, chat, voice, and proactive surfaces that simplify complex health information into personalized, actionable guidance.
• Define the future of the Digital Twin experience, helping members understand what to do next, why it matters, and how to achieve their health goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of member needs through user research, behavioral data, and experimentation to identify the highest-impact opportunities.
• Translate complex behavioral, clinical, and technical problems into intuitive product experiences and clear product requirements, challenging assumptions and influencing stakeholders when needed.
• Balance rapid experimentation with long-term platform investments that enable Twin to serve millions of members while continuously improving engagement, retention, and outcomes.
• Define and track success metrics, measure product impact, and continuously iterate based on member feedback, behavioral insights, and clinical outcomes.
• Drive alignment across executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the member experience advances Twin's AI, clinical, and business strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of consumer-facing mobile and web products with measurable business impact.
• Strategic Product Leadership: Proven track record of defining product vision, setting strategy, and delivering products from concept to measurable outcomes. Experience building AI-powered consumer experiences, ideally leveraging LLMs, conversational AI, or personalization.
• Consumer Product Mindset: Deep understanding of user-centered design, behavior change, engagement, and habit formation. Passion for building elegant products that members love.
• Operational Product Thinker: Excels at translating ambiguity into product strategy, prioritizing high-impact opportunities, and balancing short-term execution with long-term vision.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Defines meaningful success metrics, leverages experimentation and analytics to prioritize investments, and continuously iterates based on outcomes.
• Execution Excellence: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex products from vision through launch at high quality.
• Influence & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $195,000 - $225,000 annually.
