As a Senior Principal Product Manager, you will define the strategy and architecture for a key product domain, operating across engineering, ML, design, and hardware to invent and launch novel interfaces and platforms.

This is a high-leverage role for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast with conviction, and brings a systems-level view of AI product development. You will lead initiatives with significant technical depth, influence decisions across research and product, and help shape how humans will interact with AI agents in dynamic environments.

You’ll make an impact by:

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in machine learning, robotics, or multimodal systems
• Experience leading product in early-stage or zero-to-one product environments
• Familiarity with LLMs, inference systems, feedback pipelines, or agentic frameworks
• Prior experience mentoring other PMs or leading cross-functional pods

The pay range for this position is $ 236,722 - $320,443 annually with a target incentive of 20% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
