You will direct scope, schedule, costs, and quality, while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating across disciplines to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time outcomes.

You will apply expertise in reaction engineering and safety, drive process optimization, and support business development through proposals and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Lead process engineering activities across multiple chemical projects.
• Strong experience with multidisciplinary teams and project leadership.
• Proven ability to estimate project costs and develop proposals.
• ABET-certified chemical engineering graduate; PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own process engineering scope, cost, schedule and quality for projects.
• Provide technical oversight and mentor junior engineers.
• Coordinate with disciplines to ensure project success and change control.
• Support risk assessments, HAZOP, and safety reviews as needed.
