Oracle is seeking an experienced Networking Architect to lead the design of RDMA and fabric networking solutions for large‑scale cloud environments. You will act as a technical expert across networking domains and influence roadmap with senior leadership.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑availability, low‑latency products, while mentoring teammates and driving innovation in networking tools and automation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Networking field.
• Fluency in Python.
• Strong cloud architecture and networking knowledge (RDMA, RoCE, QoS, EVPN, VxLAN, BGP, MPLS).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of RDMA and fabric networking solutions for large‑scale cloud environments.
• Serve as a technical expert in networking, including RDMA – RoCE, QoS, EVPN, VxLAN, BGP, MPLS, Tunnels, OSPF, TCP, UDP, IP, OSI L1‑L7, and networking device hardware.
• Influence senior leadership on product roadmap direction, features, and priorities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑availability, high‑throughput, secure, low‑latency networking products.
• Drive innovation in networking tools, labs, and automation for test and qualification of infrastructure and software.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering autonomy and professional growth.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Networking field
• Fluent in Cloud architecture, RDMA – RoCE, QoS, EVPN, VxLAN, BGP, MPLS, Tunnels, OSPF, TCP, UDP, IP, Networking device hardware, OSI L1‑L7, Networking pluggables, WDM technology.
• Fluency in writing code in Python
• Prior experience with network data center and cloud automation
• Experience with virtualization, service initiation and maintenance, and meeting customer SLAs.
• Excellent judgment to influence product roadmap direction, features, and priorities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Hardware Engineering or related field.
• Ability to work with minimal input from leadership and capability to drive, mentor the rest of the team.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.
• Experience in object‑oriented languages.

Salary & Benefits

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,200 - $264,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
