Qualifications

• RF/MMIC design experience with high‑frequency/high‑power products.
• Strong nonlinear simulation and load‑pull expertise.
• Clear documentation and communication abilities.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, layout, and validate advanced GaN and GaAs MMIC products for high‑power amplifiers and RF/microwave subsystems.
• Define MMIC specifications based on system‑level requirements and trade‑off analyses.
• Use industry‑standard tools (ADS, AWR, HFSS, Sonnet, AXIEM) for linear, nonlinear, and EM analysis.
• Support lab validation including S‑parameters, output power, efficiency, noise figure, and linearity measurements.
• Mentor junior designers and provide technical leadership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams throughout the product development cycle.
• Assist in proposals, system architecture studies, and R&D planning.
• Document design activities and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
