Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Senior Principal Publications Specialist to support development and execution of the publication plan aligned with strategic goals.

You will interact with cross-functional teams including R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Marketing, as well as statisticians and researchers. You'll author abstracts, manuscripts, podium presentations, and white papers, manage publication committees, and ensure high-quality documents on schedule in compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Master of Science with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of scientific/medical writing experience, preferably with cardiac medical devices.
• Experience in analyzing and summarizing scientific data.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams and ~10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Author/review abstracts and manuscripts for submission to meetings and journals.
• Author podium presentations and posters for meetings worldwide.
• Support publication plan development and manage publication committees.
• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve publication goals.
• Coordinate data analysis with statisticians as needed.
• Ensure high-quality documents are prepared on schedule and in compliance.
