Job summary

You will lead thermal and mechanical design, develop high-density rack architectures with air and liquid cooling, and apply advanced analyses to ensure performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of electro-mechanical product development experience.
• Experience in high-density data center infrastructure.
• Air and liquid cooling experience including rack-level thermal design.
• Proficiency with Creo or SolidWorks for complex mechanical assemblies.
• Experience applying engineering analysis (FEA) to drive design decisions.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled engineering tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of customized AI infrastructure and rack-scale solutions for Dell's enterprise and hyperscale customers.
• Own mechanical and thermal design execution for customer-specific hardware, driving cooling, configuration, and product changes from concept through production.
• Develop high-density rack architectures, air- and liquid-cooled systems, optimized for performance, reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and supplier teams to resolve technical challenges and accelerate deployment at scale.
• Drive innovation through advanced engineering analysis, prototyping, and AI-enabled automation tools.
