Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years in mechanical and thermal engineering with direct liquid cooling (DLC) expertise.
• Strong understanding of AI/HPC platforms, GPU servers, and data center cooling infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer escalations and technical resolution for AI platform DLC systems.
• Diagnose and optimize liquid cooling infrastructure including cold plates, manifolds, tubing, CDUs, and pumps.
• Perform root cause analysis, CAPA, and drive design and manufacturing improvements.
• Support product development, NPIs, and high-volume manufacturing ramps for AI platforms.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers, executives, and field teams.
