Iron EagleX is seeking a Senior Principal Intelligence Analyst, Agentic AI Integration to support our AI team in Crystal City, VA. This role will infuse AI-enabled tools and methods into analytic processes to accelerate and improve insights in a repeatable, responsible, and mission-relevant manner. This position requires the ability to translate mission requirements into practical AI-enabled analytic approaches, support adoption across analytic teams, and ensure that AI outputs are validated, explainable, and aligned with established intelligence tradecraft standards.
Clearance: Current TS/SCI Clearance with current or willingness to obtain CI polygraph
Experience: 10+ years of related experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Role requirements: This position is onsite in Crystal City, VA and requires travel for 60-90 days to CONUS sites each year

The likely salary range for this position is $144,500 - $195,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
